As a foreman, you will ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and adhere to all safety and quality standards.

If you're looking for a career where you can have a work / life balance, Petcosky Companies is the place for you.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Oversee the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems according to NFPA and engineering guidelines.

• Install, repair, or replace various types of sprinkler systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems.
• Prepare and thread sprinkler pipe, and ensure trucks are stocked with necessary inventory for jobs.-Manage resources efficiently to complete projects on time while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Supervise and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.-Maintain accurate inventory and tools for each project, ensuring everything required is on hand.

The ideal candidate should possess : -5 years' experience proven experience as a Plumber / Pipefitter on Commercial and Industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and pipefitting techniques, tools, and materials.-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.-Ability to work independently and leading a team.
• Ability to pass a MVR, background, and drug screening.-Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.-Experience in fire and / or life safety systems.
• Must possess or be willing to attain state Sprinkler and / or Backflow License.-Proficient knowledge of NFPA codes and ability to implement safety guidelines rigorously.
• Valid driver's license with a record that meets company standards.-Strong ability to visually inspect, service, and manage sprinkler and backflow systems.
